
Biography
Dakota Whaley is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions throughout Georgia. He represents developers, lenders, homebuilders, investors, and property owners in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
Dakota’s experience spans a broad range of property types, including residential subdivisions, build-to-rent communities, multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed-use projects. He regularly advises clients on entity formation and transaction structuring and assists with purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, easements, and title and survey matters, helping clients navigate complex issues and efficiently advance transactions from diligence through closing.
