Biography

Alex Orlansky is a Partner focusing his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on ground-up development. He represents local, national and regional developers, builders, investors and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of commercial real estate projects.

Alex brings extensive transactional experience and a practical, deal-focused approach to helping clients navigate all phases of a transaction. His practice spans a broad range of asset classes, including large residential communities, build-to-rent, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use developments. Alex also advises clients on the formation and structuring of real estate joint ventures, including the negotiation and drafting of operating agreements.

Prior to joining A&O, Alex was a real estate associate at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP.
